If you are having trouble finding a perfectly sized and shaped replacement cushion for the furniture you have, the search is over! We have an industrial foam cutter and the patterning skills to make a perfectly contoured cushion for you. We offer a wide selection of premium high density foam from "Extra Soft" to "Firm" with a thickness of 2-6 inches. The foam is custom cut to contour your hard-to-fit furniture precisely.
Bench or Chair Recovering
This homeowner had two different benches recovered with high quality faux leather. Our sample books helped them select the perfect colors to complement the rooms! Notice the decorative stitching? This technique takes all stress off of the seams for durability.

We have hundreds of fabric samples to bring by so you can choose the one to complement your existing or new cushions best. Inserts range from 16-20 inches, all suitable for indoor or outdoor use. We can also create zippered covers for your existing pillow inserts that are in good condition.
Replace Inner Foam
This customer's sofa was in great condition -- except for the pillow-type stuffing in the sofa back that had lost its shape. We custom cut premium pieces of extra soft 5" foam in the shape of the existing covers. This foam provides maximum comfort while holding its shape beautifully!
Grill Cover
Custom grill cover is UV, water and mildew resistant for longevity -- no need to replace it every couple of years! Material options are marine-grade canvas or an acrylic-coated polyester with non-abrasive inner liner.
Outdoor Chimney Cover
Custom patterned cover is water resistant with non-abrasive lining for ultimate protection. Drawstring bottom and velcro straps secure the cover. Wide variety color selection.
